Enabling employees to have on-demand access to funds as they are earned “Clears”. They can access up to 30% of the earned income.
Hourly Employees
Hourly paid employees would have access to it as they earned it and they could take it whenever they needed it.
Monthly Employees
Monthly paid employees would have access to clears on weekly basis. I.e, the monthly salary will be prorated on four weekly basis, and 30% of the previous week’s (Week 1) earned salaries will be available as clears at the start of the following week (Week 2).
